(1) Our refunds only cover the value of the item itself. Additional fees such as shipping, taxes, etc. are not covered by our refund policy.
(2) All our products undergo very stringent quality control to ensure durability. However, customer satisfaction remains our top priority.
If, for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with the item you received, we consider refund within our 30-day satisfaction guaranteed window, as long as both pieces - the device and the strap - are returned together and are in new condition
(3) We normally issue full refund within our 30-day satisfaction guaranteed window. However, we may instead issue a partial refund (instead of a full refund) depending on the following return circumstances:
(a) Item Not Needed: If the buyer simply no longer wants the item, despite the item being in a non-faulty and fully functional state (still retains all the features mentioned in the item description).
(b) Deliberate Damage: Damage resulting from failure to observe the prepacked guidelines required to safely operate the product.
(c) Refusal to Cooperate: Buyer is unwilling to cooperate in any way to resolve any issue that arises with the product.
Note: Whenever we are to issue a partial refund, we will strive to explain this to the buyer in advance to help avoid misunderstanding.
